1. Custom Orders

• All custom jewelry is designed and made to order.
  
  
• A non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
  
  
• Once design approval is given, changes may result in additional costs or delays.
  
  
• Because of the personalized nature of custom work, all sales are final.
  
  

2. Repairs & Services

• We offer professional repairs, resizing, cleaning, appraisals, estate buying, and custom design.
  
  
• Turnaround times may vary based on complexity. Estimated timelines are provided but not guaranteed.
  
  
• While we handle every piece with the utmost care, Bucci Jewelry is not liable for pre-existing flaws, inherent weaknesses, or damage resulting from prior wear.
  
  

3. Materials Provided by Clients

• If you provide your own gold, gemstones, or jewelry for use in a design or recreation, we will assess their suitability.
  
  
• We are not responsible for damage, breakage, or loss of client-provided materials due to flaws, treatments, or instability.
  
  
• Substitutions may be suggested if materials are deemed unsuitable.
  
  

4. Diamond & Gemstone Information

• All diamonds and gemstones are sourced ethically and, where applicable, certified by recognized grading authorities such as GIA.
  
  
• Carat weights, measurements, and descriptions are approximate and may vary slightly.
  
  

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
  
  
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
  
  
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and Bucci gift certificates.
  
  
• Full payment is required before delivery or release of any finished item.
  
  

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Custom-made jewelry, special orders, and altered items (resized, engraved, or modified) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  
  
• Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, if unworn and in original condition.
  
  
• Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
  

7. Warranty & Care

• We guarantee the craftsmanship of our jewelry for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  
  
• This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage, loss, theft, or misuse.
  
  
• Complimentary cleaning and inspection services are available.
  
  

8. Liability

• Bucci Jewelry is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of items left for repair or appraisal beyond the replacement value stated at intake.
  
  
• Clients are responsible for insuring their jewelry.
  
  

9. Intellectual Property

• All designs, sketches, CAD renderings, and images created by Bucci Jewelry remain the intellectual property of Bucci Jewelry and may not be reproduced without permission.
  
  

10. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information provided to us is used only to process orders, repairs, or services and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
  
  

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, PA.
