Our Story
The story of Bucci’s Jewelry & Design is one of passion, craftsmanship, and dedication. It began when a young Joe Bucci, still a student at Plymouth Whitemarsh High School, discovered his love for jewelry. Working out of his parents’ basement, Joe honed his skills through repairs and demonstrations—often bringing a briefcase of jewelry to school and sharing his creations between classes.
After graduating in 1983, Joe transformed that early passion into a lifelong calling. On March 22, 1987, he opened the doors to his first store in Conshohocken, PA. What began as a small dream quickly evolved into a destination for fine, custom-crafted jewelry.
Joe’s true artistry lies in designing custom diamond engagement rings and bespoke jewelry pieces. With a rare ability to turn ideas into breathtaking, one-of-a-kind creations, he has earned the trust of generations of clients seeking jewelry as unique as their stories.

For nearly four decades, Joe Bucci has been a trusted name in fine jewelry and a proud part of the community he serves. After discovering his love for the craft early in his career, Joe opened Bucci’s Jewelry & Design in 1987 with a clear vision: to create a welcoming destination where people could celebrate life’s milestones with pieces as meaningful as the moments they represent.
From the start, Joe’s approachable style and meticulous eye for detail set his store apart. He has helped generations of families select engagement rings, restore cherished heirlooms, and design custom pieces that become part of their stories. Many customers stop in simply to say hello, reflecting the friendships and loyalty Joe has earned over the years.

Co-Owner, Bucci’s Jewelry & Design
For more than two decades, Michelle Bucci has been an essential part of the heart and soul of Bucci’s Jewelry & Design. Married to Joe for 20 years, Michelle brings her own creativity and warmth to the business, helping clients discover jewelry that reflects their personal style and celebrates life’s most meaningful moments.
With a keen eye for design and a natural talent for connecting with people, Michelle plays an active role in every facet of the store — from collaborating on custom creations to guiding clients through their shopping experience. She also oversees much of the marketing as she has experience in graphic design, ensuring Bucci’s Jewelry & Design stays true to its mission of offering exceptional craftsmanship and personal service.
Outside the store, Michelle and Joe are proud parents, cherishing the life and memories they’ve built together. Their love for family mirrors the dedication they pour into their work, creating an atmosphere where every client feels like part of their extended family.

With over a decade in the jewelry industry, Liz oversees the flow of our store, ensuring everything runs smoothly while infusing creativity into each step. Through intricate CAD design, she transforms ideas into custom jewelry that is both personal and timeless.

Certified by GIA, NCPAA, DCA, and IGI, she combines expertise with a warm, approachable style to help clients find or create jewelry they’ll treasure for a lifetime.
Cody
Sales Manager
Cody got his start in the jewelry industry in 2012, spending the first 10 years working in sales and management. In 2020, he decided to begin teaching himself some basic silversmithing. With the help of a handful of jewelers on YouTube who shared instructional videos, he dove right in. Two years later, Cody began working at Bucci’s, where he has expanded his skillset from making silver bracelets for friends and family to creating fine jewelry.

Master Craftsman Jeweler & Stone Setter
With over 40 years of experience in the jewelry industry, Minh brings unparalleled skill and artistry to Bucci’s Jewelry & Design. He began his career in Vietnam, where he honed his craft for 10 years before continuing his journey in the United States, accumulating three decades of experience working with fine jewelry.
As a master craftsman and expert stone setter, Minh is dedicated to precision, quality, and beauty in every piece he touches. From custom designs to intricate repairs, his meticulous attention to detail ensures that each creation meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
