Consultation

Every custom piece starts with a simple conversation.

Whether you have a detailed idea or just a feeling, we’ll guide you through the process. During this initial meeting, we’ll discuss your vision and inspiration, preferred metals and gemstones, budget and timeline, and anything else we can do to make this piece perfect for you.

We encourage you to bring reference images or anything that helps us understand your dream design.

STEP 2

Design & Concept Discovery

From the information we uncover, together we will collaborate to fine-tune every detail: stone shape, setting style, band width, and more.

STEP 3

Stone Selection

Next, we help you select the perfect gemstones or diamonds for your piece.  We offer a curated selection of ethically sourced stones in a range of sizes, colors, and price points. Have heirloom stones you’d like to incorporate? We’re happy to work with them.

STEP 4

3D Model or Wax Prototype

To help you visualize the final piece, we create a 3D CAD rendering or physical wax model.  This gives you a chance to see the scale and proportions before we move to production. Minor tweaks can still be made at this stage to ensure perfection.

STEP 5

Final Approval & Craftsmanship

Once you approve the design, our expert jewelers get to work.  Your piece is handcrafted using traditional techniques combined with modern precision, a process that ensures beauty, durability, and attention to every tiny detail. Production typically takes 3–5 weeks, depending on the complexity.

STEP 6

The Reveal

The moment you’ve been waiting for! Your finished piece is ready for pickup or delivery! We’ll also guide you on caring for your jewelry to keep it shining for years to come.

Complimentary Appraisals

At Bucci’s Jewelry and Design, we are proud to offer complimentary certified gemological appraisals for all Bucci’s Jewelry and Design pieces valued at $1,000 or more. These appraisals are provided through our trusted third-party partner, Integrity Gem Solutions, and serve as official documentation for insurance purposes, verifying the replacement value of your fine jewelry or diamond purchase. If you're working with us to redesign or recreate heirloom jewelry, we also offer appraisals at a discounted rate as part of the custom design process.

Additionally, if you have existing jewelry that you need appraised, whether or not it was purchased from us, we’re happy to assist. Our appraisal services are accurate, professional, and handled with the same care and attention we give to every piece of jewelry that comes through our doors.
