I needed a custom piece for my girlfriend (Valentine's Day was right around the corner) and the jeweler I originally contacted failed to deliver. I went online and found Joe. I gave him an impossible custom design project and an even more impossible deadline. Joe and Michele, without ever even meeting me face to face, did everything to complete the job and deliver the piece. They designed the piece from e-mailed sketches, and kept me posted every step of the way. Joe even chased the FedEx truck down to make sure it reached me in Boston, in time for the big day. Joe was able to create the perfect engagement ring for my wife, as well as matching wedding ring for her and one for myself. Great find!

A chain jeweler in Delaware dropped the ball days before my wedding. Joe was able to provide a more superior band over what I had previously ordered, and in an extremely tight time frame. After taking the drive from Delaware, I have to say if excellent customer service, follow through, a superb product, and individualized attention are what you are seeking; Bucci's is well worth the extra travel time. This is a great local jewelry shop. They've been on Ridge Pike for quite some time and have definately evolved over the years.
