Return Instructions - Fourteen (14) Day Refund Privilege
Bucci's Jewelry & Design is dedicated to your satisfaction of your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return unworn jewelry within fourteen (14) days from the date your order was shipped or purchased from our store, which ever date is later. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling and/or other additional charges. All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use Fed-Ex, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Please make all returns to the following address: Bucci’s Jewelry & Design, 117 West Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
Keep the return tracking number from the package that you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our store.
You can expect a refund within sixty (60) days of our receiving your returned jewelry. The refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in the original purchase.
Shipping Policy
Shipping rates and methods are dependent on the items purchased, destination of your order and the shipping method you select. Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Bucci’s Jewelry & Design will not be liable or responsible for refunding the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay. If the delivery of your package, jewelry or product is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Bucci’s Jewelry & Design, for what ever reason, Bucci’s Jewelry & Design will not be liable or responsible for refunding the shipping charges.
Signature is required upon delivery of any of our packages, jewelry or products for your protection.
Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 11:00 a.m. eastern standard time or your order will not be processed until the following business day.
Pricing
Bucci’s Jewelry & Design makes every attempt to avoid errors in pricing and product information. However, errors and mistakes do occur and we reserve the right to correct it, and, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order placed for that item at the incorrect price. All prices listed on this site are in U.S. dollars. If you find a discrepancy with regard to the price, please contact Bucci’s Jewelry & Design immediately.

We save certain messages and emails on file for promotional and marketing purposes, but we are not required to and do not retain every such message.

If any disputes arise between Bucci’s Jewelry & Design and you regarding your use of this Web site and/or any other claims that are disputed by you they shall be resolved according to the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
